ANII jewellery

Behind the brand ANII jewellery is designer Ana Mrazek Lugarov, who from her studio in Zagreb creates jewellery inspired by nature, incidental beauty, architecture and the art of the world around her.

Ana creates her jewellery intuitively, from an idea, through a series of sketches that lead to the final design. This design is often refined and redefined, purified or stylised during the production process, which leads to the complete harmony of the final product. All pieces are handmade from silver, often embellished with precious or semi-precious stones.

Ana's designs combine sculptural, geometric and organic forms. Inspired by the transience of time, she often uses textures that suggest the transience and changes of the world and nature around us. Another great source of inspiration are geometric and architectural elements – a preference that certainly stems from her formal education in the field of graphic design and photography at the Design Studio at the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb. In her eternal search for that perfect counterpoint, Ana alternates graphic and architectural forms with organic ones, depending on her mood, inspiration, and intuition.

Since 2010, seeking a more tactile approach to expressing her creativity, Ana has dedicated herself to education in the field of jewellery in Zagreb, and since 2022 intensively in Slovenia, Italy and Germany. Since 2018, she has been working as a freelance designer in her own studio, atelier ANII. ANII jewellery is its branch dedicated exclusively to jewellery and Ana's sensibility expressed through it.
